Hughes and Co was an accountancy firm founded in 1991 by Umesh, which merged with Bayar Associates and formed Bayar Hughes & Co in May 2010. Umesh has a wide range of accountancy experience, especially in dealing with incorporated and unincorporated small and medium size businesses as well as tax investigations.

Bayar set up his own practice, Bayar Associates in 1992, which grew from strength to strength and merged in May 2010 with Hughes & Co. Bayar has extensive experience in assisting small and medium size businesses and is the firm's Senior Practicing Auditor.

Combined, both directors have over 50 years experience, enabling the company to support their clients with all manner of accountancy solutions. All of the comprehensive range of solutions are tailored to meet the clients specific requirements and the aim is to provide clients with cost-effective, friendly and approachable services.
