Chateau St. Hilarion Wines is a family run business and has been producing unique wines in North Cyprus since 1994. The owners, Mustafa and Sengul Seyfi along with the rest of the family, tend to their ever expanding vineyards in Güzelyurt, producing high quality wines from Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Chardonnay grapes. They opened their purpose built winery in Gećitköy in 2003, and expanded this considerably in 2006 due to the popularity of their products. Their wines and vineyards have been featured in many magazines, putting North Cyprus firmly on the world wine map.
