The Kazan Restaurant was first opened in 2004 by Levent Hassan and his brother, serving traditional Ottoman cuisine. The business has gone from strength-to-strength and they are now about to open their second restaurant in the City. Kazan Restaurant has been featured on many prime time television shows including; Gordon Ramsay's Cookalong Live, Masterchef, BBC3 and Market Kitchen as well as being featured in many magazines and publications such as Time Out and the Telegraph magazine.
