Medview Homes were established in 1986, and are developers of holiday homes and beach resorts in Northern Cyprus. They are owned by their parent company called Safa Group, who quickly became one of the UK's largest private developers, delivering over 3,000 properties around the world. Since 2004, the Safa Group have specialised in North Cyprus property.

Medview Homes now have offices around the world, including offices in North Cyprus, Russia, London and Turkey, and their holiday homes in North Cyprus are bought and rented by customers all over the world.
