Ukay Catering are a condiments manufacturer, who has been trading since the 1970's, starting out as a tomato ketchup manufacturer. As the business grew and they expanded, they invested in modern, highly efficient technology which allowed the company to produce many distinctive sauces, including; tomato ketchup, tomato sauce, brown sauce, barbeque sauce and vinegar.

Recipes and packaging can be altered to suit customer's individual requirements, and the company prides itself on using mostly natural ingredients. Ukay Catering can produce up to 12 tons of sauces on a daily basis, and work very efficiently under pressure. The company is built on maintaining excellent business relationships with existing customers, and offering new customers a high level of confidence in the company products.

Isik Vedat is the proprieter of Ukay Catering. Ukay Catering is a manufacturer and supplier of quality condiments eg. tomato ketchup, tomato sauce, brown sauce, vinegar to name but a few. He came to this country aged 18 as a student to further his education. He completed his vocation as an electrical engineer with distinction. He is a successful entrepreneur who has been included in the who's who of Britain’s business elite - owners of Britain's most successful businesses. He is a dedicated, hardworking and dynamic businessman who has created a variety of unique tasting sauces to suit the British market. He supplies sauces to the largest catering companies in the UK and Europe. His business policy and work ethic is evident as Ukay Catering has met the criteria and thus been accredited with the ISO: 9001 certification. He has most recently celebrated 25 years of growth and leadership in running this business. He is hoping to continue with the success of the CTCC by offering an abundance of assistance, support and dedication to the Turkish business sector.
